A Very known and liked dish. Many ways to make it and all of them are yummy. Just depends on how you like it. you can have it as a runny dressing for tacos or you can have it chunky for dip. and which ever way you make it guarantee it would be delicious.
This one here has roasted chiles from our plants in the backyard. Lets get started.
You will need:
- Green Chiles (serranos can be used too)
- Onion (finely diced)
- Cilantro (finely chopped)
- garlic salt
Roast the chiles on a griddle. Once a bit toasted take them to the molcajete and start crushing them. Do only two of this chiles. The rest you will do later just in case you want the guacamole more spicy.
Once you are done here you will add some avocado and mix it aswell in the molcajete. You only need about half of one avocado for this step. Add a bit of lemon and mix well.
From here you will add the mix to a bowl and add the remaining avocado, onions, cilantro and season with some salt.
Taste, and if you like it more spicy this is where you will add more of the roasted chiles. It all depends on how you like it. This is just one of many ways to do guacamole. I personally like it like this to use as a topping. If I want it for a dip then I’ll do it very different. Same goes if I want it runny. It all comes down to how you like it and what you will use it for. that’s it!
