Shrimp Ceviche (Ceviche de Camaron)

Any type of ceviche is a good dish when you want something refreshing. We can never go wrong with ceviche. In this recipe I used shrimp. So let me just jump into the ingredients and steps.

You will need:

  1. Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  2. Tomatoes (diced)
  3. Onions (chopped)
  4. Habanero (finely chopped)
  5. Cilantro (finely chopped)
  6. Limes (lots of limes)
  7. Salt
  8. Tostadas

Once you have everything finely chopped you will mix everything real good and add lots of lime juice. You will need enough juice to cover the entire ceviche add some salt and mix some more. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.

After 2 hours you will taste and add more salt if needed. Serve over a tostada and you are set. Enjoy!
