Refried Beans with Jalapeños

These are my go-to beans when I’m making sopes, tostadas, gorditas, pellizcadas, etc. Very easy to make and fast to prepared.

You will need:

  • Boiled beans
  • Jalapeños (in can)
  • Green Onion (small)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Cup Bean broth

Add some oil to a pan and add 3 cups of beans.

While the beans are frying, chop up the jalapeños and the small green onion in small pieces.

Once the beans have fried for about 5-7 minutes add the jalapeños and bean broth.

Fry for another 2-3 minutes. Start to mash them and fry for 3 more minutes and you are done!
