A very delicious side dish, super easy to prepare and the best part is that you will have no left overs.
You will need:
- 1 Cabbage (shredded)
- 5 strips bacon (cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 onion (chopped)
- Salt to taste
Fry the bacon until almost crispy for about 5-7 minutes. Add the onion and fry until the onion is translucent. Add the cabbage and fry for about 10 minutes.
Do a taste test and salt if needed. You will know when it’s done because the cabbage will be soft and a bit translucent. If you like a bit of crunch in the cabbage I would suggest not to cook it for the entire 10 minutes.
